I hope ...I'm so sorry you had that experience. I hope the highs have far outweighed the lows, because that's a huge low. (I'm reading oldest post to newest post, so I have no idea how things have turned out.) <br /><br />We started with the full foster care/pre-adoptive classes (before we had even met a child) and at times we really didn't even want to continue...in some ways I wish we had met a kid like T to get us through that process and keep our minds focused on why we were doing this. But then we would have been waiting very impatiently to be done with those classes and the home study and the many DCF visits...I don't think there is an easy way to navigate this!
